We have made every effort to display AS products as accurately as possible, including the colors of products on the Site. However, as the colors you see will depend on your computer and monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any AS product’s color will be accurate. Products displayed may be out-of-stock or discontinued. Prices are subject to change. AS is not responsible for typographical errors regarding price or any other matter.

You agree that no such claim may be brought as a class action. You further agree that we may initiate a suit against you arising out of or relating to the Site (including, without limitation, the Content of the Site) and these Terms in such courts, and you at this moment waive all rights you may have or which may hereafter arise to contest jurisdiction or venue in such courts.
